Specifically, our 590x390x115/105 mm box is perfectly suited for packing 20 kg of round fish such as mackerel, herring, and similar species. FRESH FISH
We offer a variety of solid board packaging solutions tailored for the packaging of fresh fish. Our boxes provide an excellent, fully recyclable substitute for polystyrene or plastic crates. Compared to polystyrene boxes, our packaging occupies up to seven times less space, effectively reducing shipping expenses and optimizing palletizing for more efficient storage. Crafted from Sapino®-treated solid board with a PE coating, our packaging ensures the necessary insulation to keep your fish fresh throughout transportation and storage.
PRAWNS
Handling prawns requires meticulous packaging due to their delicate nature as one of the sea’s most fragile products. SALMON

FOOD PLATES
In addition to our customised packaging solutions, we provide an extensive selection of Food Plates that can be precisely cut into your preferred shape. These plates feature a liner approved for direct food contact, preventing any migration between the packaging and the food. Once tailored to size, our board is suitable for a wide range of products, significantly minimising penetration through board edges. COMPOSITION OF SOLID BOARD
Solid board is composed of a recycled paper and cardboard grey inner layer. To enhance its barrier properties for greasy products such as salmon and other fish, we laminate the inner layer with foils. The grey layer incorporates an additive, known as Sapino® quality, which effectively prevents water from penetrating the board. Sapino® board consistently features a PE coating finish.
