Green Machine Strapping
The composite corded strapping system, often referred to as CC, consists of a rigid polypropylene strip housing multiple high-strength polyester cords. The strapping’s breaking strength is determined by the strip’s width and the number of cords it contains. To complete this strapping system, a formed wire buckle is utilised.
Composite strapping is a manual strapping method highly regarded for its stiffness and resistance to abrasion, making it an excellent and safe alternative to steel banding. It is particularly well-suited for robust loads such as stone, concrete, metal, and forestry products, among others.
Please note that in cold conditions, this strapping may stiffen, and attaching the buckle may take slightly more time compared to other textile strapping systems.
