FLUSH CORE
Pallet wrap, also known as stretch wrap or stretch film, is a robust plastic film designed for efficient and secure wrapping of items, especially those on pallets. Its remarkable elasticity ensures a snug fit, stabilising pallet contents and creating secure unit loads.
Our stretch wrap is easy to apply, either by hand or with our handheld dispenser. Once wrapped around a pallet or goods, the film adheres to itself, offering protection against dust and weather. Stretch film maintains its tension during transit, preventing items from shifting and getting damaged.
We offer a diverse range of pallet wrap options, including lightweight to extra heavy-duty stretch film rolls.
Our flush core pallet wrap series is crafted from high-quality clear blown films, available in various thicknesses and colours to meet different needs. Our medium-duty option (the most popular choice) has a thickness of 17 microns, suitable for most general pallet wrapping applications, and is available in 400mm wide rolls.
For heavier goods and irregularly shaped loads, we provide heavy-duty film with a thickness of 20 microns. Additionally, our extra heavy-duty rolls, 25 microns thick, offer enhanced protection for sharp-edged pallets and challenging freight, making them particularly favoured in the construction and building industries.

EXTENDED CORE
Our extended core pallet wrap features an elongated core, making it quicker and easier to hand-wrap goods. The core extends by 65mm on each end of the roll, ensuring that your goods remain tightly bound and stable throughout transit.
The extended core stretch film is user-friendly due to the extended cardboard core, which effectively serves as a handle during the wrapping process. Once wrapped around your products, the film securely adheres to itself, shielding your goods from dust and weather.
We offer a range of extended core stretch wraps, including medium and heavy-duty options, along with a general-purpose variant. For large or irregularly-shaped loads, we recommend our heavy-duty 20-micron option.
These extended core stretch films are crafted from high-performance cast material, ensuring strict quality control for consistent thickness and roll length.
Pre-Stretch Film: Pre-stretch film undergoes stretching during the manufacturing process before being wound onto rolls. This results in a lightweight film ideal for wrapping cages and pallets, with significantly reduced waste compared to traditional films, contributing to reduced packaging waste obligations. It is a cost-efficient alternative to traditional pallet wrap.
Application options: Can be applied manually or with a dispenser to enhance productivity.

These films are blown, offering high puncture resistance and excellent adhesive properties, making them ideal for use in cold environments.
