A SOLID ALTERNATIVE FOR PLASTIC PACKAGING
Compared to RPC, our solid board packaging takes up to seven times less space, minimizing shipping costs and reducing storage space utilization. We prioritize the best palletizing solution, favoring inter-stackable formats. Additionally, we provide flexibility with both machine-erected trays and hand-erected trays.
Machine-erected trays are delivered flat and can be easily folded and glued using a standard erecting machine when needed. On the other hand, hand-erected trays are delivered pre-folded and glued, allowing for manual unfolding at the moment of use, eliminating the need for a machine.

Ensuring the safety and durability of meat packaging is essential, especially considering the sensitivity of hygiene during the meat slaughter and cutting processes. Maintaining a consistent temperature of no more than 4°C during packing is crucial to prevent nucleation.
Fibre-based board, known for its excellent freezing qualities, plays a key role. The absence of trapped air within the board eliminates any insulating effects, thereby accelerating the freezing process. Depending on the specific packaging and freezing tunnel conditions, customers may experience a significant reduction in freezing time, ranging from 30% to 50%.
